Our delivery method
The starting point
Less scattered work.
More clarity to act.
An inquiry needs an answer. An opportunity needs follow-up. A process needs an owner. We connect these steps so your team has useful information and knows what to do next.
Capabilities
Four areas of work: operational automation, sales management, AI assistance and opportunity intelligence. We agree on what the system must solve, what your team receives and how it will be evaluated.
Operational automation
Connect tasks and data across compatible tools. Deliverables: defined workflow, rules, error handling and records. Measures: completed tasks, exceptions and handling time.
Explore this processSales management
Organize inquiries and opportunities with a status, owner and next action. Deliverables: follow-up in a CRM or agreed tools. Measures: pending work, response and progress by stage.
Explore this processAI assistance
Build assistance from approved knowledge, with a handoff to your team. Deliverables: knowledge, boundaries and response evaluation. Measures: quality, latency, handoffs and usage cost.
Explore this processOpportunity intelligence
Structure discovery and requirement checks before recommending an opportunity. Deliverables: traceable selection and missing information. Measures: relevance, coverage and reasons for exclusion.
Explore this processIMPLEMENTATION LEVELS
The complexity you need.
The right scope.
Not every business needs the same system. These levels guide scope; your actual proposal follows your process, tools and budget.
LEVEL 01
Operational control
For teams that need to move beyond scattered messages and spreadsheets.
What your team receives
- Process map and owners
- Inquiry register and next action
- Statuses, priorities and quality criteria
- Operating guide and measurement baseline
How delivery is accepted
Check that each case has a status, owner and next step, and that the team can complete the agreed workflow.
What is measured
Unassigned work · first-response time · follow-up by stage.
LEVEL 02
Integrated automation
For defined processes with repeated cross-tool tasks and manual handoffs.
What your team receives
- Bounded integrations and permissions
- Execution rules and error handling
- Duplicate controls and change records
- Recovery tests and operating guide
How delivery is accepted
Test normal operation, incomplete information, duplicates and integration failures before activation.
What is measured
Completed tasks · exceptions · manual effort · tool costs.
LEVEL 03
Supervised intelligence
For tasks that require understanding inquiries or assessing information, with boundaries and team review.
What your team receives
- Approved, maintainable knowledge
- Response and exception evaluation
- Human handoff and operational pause
- Quality, latency and usage measurement
How delivery is accepted
Evaluate actual model responses against agreed cases; validate each channel connection separately.
What is measured
Response quality · handoffs · response time · cost per use.
ZUXOR delivery criteria · not external certifications or packages with guaranteed outcomes.

ZUXOR DELIVERY STANDARD
Confidence comes from
what you can verify.
These criteria shape every proposal. Their application and required evidence are defined by project scope.
Written scope
Objective, deliverables, exclusions and owners agreed before implementation.
Data and permissions
Defined sources, role-based access and bounded data handling.
Tests and acceptance
Normal cases, exceptions and evidence of what happened. Activation requires its own approval.
Identified costs
Implementation, tools, usage, support and changes separated in the proposal.
Operational continuity
Backups, recovery, failure records and a pause procedure where required by scope.
Team handover
Guide, owners and review routine. Outstanding work remains visible at handover.
Implementation can be quoted as a one-time fee. Operation and support can be recurring when needed. Changes outside scope are quoted separately; the arrangement is agreed before contracting.
Delivery is verified.
An approved design, a passed test and a live integration are different milestones. We show the evidence for each and what remains before the next step.
Applied intelligence.
Our own engineering.
ZUXOR SpA designs and develops artificial intelligence and automation systems from Chile. We connect customer inquiries, sales follow-up and operational information into workflows your team can understand and direct.
From an idea to a system you can control.
We combine development with Claude Code, model evaluation and operating rules: approved context, permissions, exception handling and human handoffs. Architecture, testing and traceability are built into the product from the start.
Development and validation
Our current development includes conversational assistants, CRM workflows and opportunity research. We use the Claude API in controlled evaluations. Pilot projects are validated in stages before each integration is activated.
Before we start
Do I need to replace my tools?
We review the tools you already use before proposing changes. Integrations depend on their features, permissions and technical possibilities.
Will AI make decisions for my team?
We agree on what the system may do and what a person must resolve. Integration permissions do not replace that decision.
What if the system cannot answer?
The design includes boundaries and a handoff to a person. That behavior must be tested before customer-facing activation.
How are cost and maintenance defined?
They depend on scope, tools and usage. The proposal should distinguish implementation, ongoing operation and changes; not every project needs the same arrangement.
How will we know it works?
We agree on criteria and what to measure, then review the evidence. System behavior and commercial outcomes are different: we do not guarantee sales.
