This website presents ZUXOR SpA capabilities and illustrative examples. The guide adapts rule-based guidance; it is not connected to an AI model and performs no actions on your business. The Sky virtual assistant answers with artificial intelligence using approved information about ZUXOR; it can make mistakes and its answers are not a proposal, a quote or advice. Anything we agree in writing in a proposal prevails over what Sky says.
The initial consultation is free of charge and does not oblige you to hire us. Any paid service requires a separate proposal and its acceptance. Writing to us is not a contract, quote or booking, and does not guarantee a reply within a specific time. Scope, price, support, responsibilities and acceptance are agreed in that proposal or in a contract.
The site's content and components belong to their respective owners and are subject to the applicable rights and licenses. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to ZUXOR.
Share only information you can lawfully provide. Do not include passwords, health information, ID documents or other people's personal data. Data is handled under the privacy policy.
Site features depend on hosting and on the services that are active. We may update the content and these terms, stating the date of the current version. Updates to this site will not retroactively change agreements already accepted, nor will they by themselves expand the purposes authorized for your data.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Chile, without excluding mandatory rules or any rights that may apply. Disputes will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
