We define what the system will do, its boundaries, access and what remains with a person. Scope and costs are agreed before building.

Test before activation
We check the workflow, exceptions and human handoffs. Results are recorded against agreed criteria, without treating a demonstration as a live operation.
04 / Review
Decide the next step
We provide operating instructions and review the evidence. Activation, maintenance and improvements depend on what has been tested and the agreed scope.

Objective, deliverables, exclusions and owners agreed before implementation.
Data and permissions
Defined sources, role-based access and bounded data handling.

Normal cases, exceptions and evidence of what happened. Activation requires its own approval.
Identified costs
Implementation, tools, usage, support and changes separated in the proposal.
Operational continuity
Backups, recovery, failure records and a pause procedure where required by scope.
Team handover
Guide, owners and review routine. Outstanding work remains visible at handover.
A quote you can understand.
Implementation can be quoted as a one-time fee. Operation and support can be recurring when needed. Changes outside scope are quoted separately; the arrangement is agreed before contracting.

Agreed scope, documented tests, named owners and identified costs. Our standard describes working and delivery criteria; it is not an external certification.

From an idea to a system you can control.
We combine development with Claude Code, model evaluation and operating rules: approved context, permissions, exception handling and human handoffs. Architecture, testing and traceability are built into the product from the start.
Development and validation
Our current development includes conversational assistants, CRM workflows and opportunity research. We use the Claude API in controlled evaluations. Pilot projects are validated in stages before each integration is activated.
