What data we process and why

For now, inquiries are received by email only. If you write to sebastian@zuxorcl.com, we process the data you include in your message (usually your name, your email address and a description of your project) to review and answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Please describe the process without identifying clients, employees or other people. Inquiries are intended for adults asking about a project or business. Do not include ID documents, health information, passwords or other people's personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models. While registration is switched off, the site's form only prepares, in your browser, a message for your email program that you can review before sending; the site does not send to its server, record or store what you type in that form.

How data is transmitted and where it is kept

Emails you send us arrive at a ZUXOR Google Workspace account (Gmail) and are kept there. The website is hosted on ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) on Cloudflare infrastructure, which process technical connection data, such as your IP address, to serve and protect the site. These providers may process information on servers located outside Chile; we do not claim Chile-only storage. Access to the email account is limited to people authorized by ZUXOR.

Your rights

You may choose not to send us an inquiry. If you do, you can write to sebastian@zuxorcl.com to:

Until 30 November 2026 (Chilean Law 19.628): request information about the data we hold about you, its source and recipients, the purpose for which we keep it and to whom it is regularly transmitted; request its correction if it is wrong, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete; request its deletion or blocking where applicable; and withdraw your authorization, without retroactive effect. These rights cannot be limited by agreement. If we do not respond to your request within the legal deadline, the law allows you to apply to the civil court.

From 1 December 2026 (Law 19.628 as amended by Law 21.719): you will also be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, blocking and portability under the terms of the law, and to object to decisions based solely on automated processing. We will respond within 30 calendar days of receiving your request, a period that may be extended once by another 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

To protect your data, we will verify proportionately that the request concerns you; we will not ask for health information or passwords. ZUXOR does not make automated decisions about your eligibility for its services.

Providers and transfers

The following providers process data on ZUXOR's behalf or to deliver their services: ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and Cloudflare, for website hosting and security, and Google Workspace, for email. These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are needed to answer them and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. If the inquiry does not turn into a project, we will delete the email and its copies under our control. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by writing to sebastian@zuxorcl.com. If a project begins, we will inform you separately about how the data is handled and retained. Deletion does not imply immediate erasure of technical logs that providers keep under their own policies.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorized people and services from established providers. No system is completely secure; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will act in accordance with the law.

Browsing, language and cookies

The site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. Graphics and fonts are served from the site itself.

• Language. We show the site in your browser's supported language (Spanish or English); if none is supported, we fall back to the approximate country reported by the hosting provider from your connection. Only if you switch language with the ES/EN selector do we set the functional cookie zuxor_lang, which holds only the chosen language (es or en) and lasts one year. You can remove it through your browser settings.
• Sky mascot. Sky stores in this tab's session storage (zuxor_bolt_count) only the number of invitations shown, so as not to repeat them. It is deleted when you close the tab and is not sent to any server. Sky does not store browsing paths or personal data.
• Form. We do not store what you type in the form in your browser; if you close or reload the tab, the text is lost. Guide choices are not sent until you share an inquiry.

Sky virtual assistant (artificial intelligence)

Sky is an assistant that answers with artificial intelligence, not a person. It uses the Claude model by Anthropic, PBC, a company based in the United States, and only approved information about ZUXOR; it can make mistakes, so do not rely on its answers alone: our team will confirm in writing anything that applies to your case.

• What is processed and why. If you open the chat and press "I agree, start", the messages you type are sent encrypted over HTTPS to our server and from there to Anthropic, acting as ZUXOR's provider, solely to generate the answer. To limit abuse, our server computes a temporary digest of your IP address that is kept in memory for a short time and is not written to logs.
• Retention. ZUXOR does not store the text of conversations: it only records counters without content (number of messages, cost, response times and limits reached). The conversation is lost when you close or reload the page. Anthropic keeps inputs and outputs of its API for up to 30 days and then deletes them, unless it must keep them longer to comply with the law or to enforce its usage policy (in that case, up to 2 years); under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
• International transfer. Your messages are processed outside Chile: Anthropic stores them in the United States and the answer is generated in the United States.
• What not to type. The chat is intended for adults asking about a project or business. Do not type passwords, health information, ID documents, bank details, other sensitive data or other people's personal data. Sky tries to detect some of this data and, when it does, does not send that message to the model; detection is not infallible.
• Moving to an inquiry. If you choose "I want a proposal", what you wrote in the chat is copied into an email addressed to sebastian@zuxorcl.com, which is only sent if you send it from your email program; from then on, this policy applies as described.
• No automated decisions. Sky does not make decisions about you or your eligibility for services.
• Your rights. You may choose not to use the chat and write to us directly. For any request about your data, write to sebastian@zuxorcl.com (see "Your rights").
